Glince Limited had the honor of being invited by the Association of Civil Engineering Students at Kenyatta University (ACES‑KU) to take part in the Finalists’ Dinner held on 28th March, an event organized to celebrate the Civil Engineering Class of 2025 as they approach graduation. The invitation recognized Glince Limited’s work as an engineering and infrastructure consultancy committed to sustainable mobility, innovative design and capacity building within the engineering profession, values that strongly aligned with the dinner’s theme, “Engineering a Sustainable and United Kenya.”
The event brought together graduating students, faculty members, and industry partners for an evening of reflection, mentorship, and celebration. It was graced by the Chairman in the department of Civil Engineering at Kenyatta University, whose presence strongly affirmed the faculty’s continued support for students as they transition from academic life into professional engineering practice. Through meaningful interactions and thought‑provoking addresses, the finalists were encouraged to uphold integrity, professionalism, and sustainability as core values in their careers. They were reminded that earning a bachelor’s degree is not an endpoint, but rather the first step in a lifelong journey of learning, growth, and professional development. The finalists were further encouraged to remain vigilant in their education, keep an open mind and confidently embrace opportunities within the job market, using adaptability, curiosity and resilience to navigate the challenges of the engineering profession.
At Glince Limited, we are deliberate about supporting and mentoring young engineers as they begin their professional journeys. Through early industry engagement, career guidance and exposure to real world engineering practice, we help bridge the gap between academic training and professional application. Our involvement with graduating students reflects our commitment to nurturing technically competent, ethically grounded and future ready engineers who will contribute meaningfully to sustainable national development.
