Consortium: China Overseas Engineering Group Co., Ltd (COVEC) and Udesign Architects

Challenge: The proposed 29-storey Ugatuzi Tower in Kilimani—a high-density mixed-use development—posed significant mobility challenges. The area is already burdened by peak-hour congestion, and the development's scale demanded strategic interventions to avoid exacerbating traffic conditions and ensure user safety.

Solution: GLINCE Ltd carried out advanced traffic modelling and road safety assessments to evaluate both internal and external network impacts. We developed solutions including optimised internal circulation systems, reconfiguration of access points, and improvements to external road segments and intersections.
