Project Title: KeNHA (Lower Eastern Region) In-House Training on Traffic Engineering
Lead Consultant: GLINCE Ltd
Challenge: KeNHA required technical upskilling of its in-house engineers to enhance competency in traffic engineering practices, particularly in planning, analysis, and forecasting.
Solution: GLINCE designed and delivered a comprehensive training programme covering fundamental and advanced traffic engineering concepts. Topics included survey methodologies, data analysis, highway capacity modelling, and forecasting using HCM techniques. The training empowered KeNHA’s engineers to apply traffic data in the design and optimisation of national highways.
