Training and Capacity Building

GLINCE provides training and capacity building services in Kenya to support institutions and professionals in transportation planning, traffic engineering, and infrastructure design. Our programmes are practical, project-based, and aligned with current standards and best practices.

We work with government agencies, road authorities, and private sector organisations to strengthen in-house technical capacity in traffic studies, transport modelling, and infrastructure planning.
